These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WristFile app and the website at pdfapplewatch.com, both provided by Obzena LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using WristFile, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WristFile on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use WristFile only with documents you have the right to use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Subscriptions and payments

• WristFile may offer optional paid features through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in line with App Store policy.

Your content

Your documents remain yours. WristFile processes them on your devices and does not claim any ownership of your files.

Intellectual property

The WristFile app, website, name, logo, and design are owned by Obzena LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimers

WristFile is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every document or device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obzena LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WristFile, including any loss of data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WristFile after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Obzena LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
